Syd Hurley
Biography
Syd Hurley founded Vista Property Company in 2007. Mr. Hurley has been involved in the acquisition, development, re-development and financing of more than 175 shopping center properties in Texas during his 31 year career. After practicing law with a prominent Dallas law firm, Mr. Hurley joined one of the largest private shopping center companies in Texas where he headed their finance and acquisitions group. In 1997, he became a founding principal of a leading developer of community and power centers. His experience has afforded him the opportunity to build relationships with a broad spectrum of capital providers and anchor tenants. Mr. Hurley is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Southern Methodist University School of Law.
