Alex Hay

Alex Hay is an accomplished Executive Director - Property at Drapac Capital Partners in the US. With nearly two decades of real estate experience specializing in investment, risk management, and development, he played a crucial role in establishing Drapac's US business. Alex led due diligence for investment opportunities, managed risk across the portfolio, and contributed to the acquisition, value addition, and disposal of over 120 US assets. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Property with Honors from RMIT University.
