Zayd Hammam
Biography
Zayd Hammam founded Gansett Companies in 2015. Prior to founding Gansett, Zayd was a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management, a leading credit opportunities fund. He was also a Senior Analyst at a special situations hedge fund within Societe Generale and an Analyst at Mentor Partners, an event-driven hedge fund in New York. Zayd graduated from the Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Electrical Engineering and and a BS in Finance from the Wharton School. Zayd is a dual US/UK citizen and lives with his wife and 4 daughters in New York City.
