Felix Gutnikov
Biography
Felix is a principal and the Head of Originations at Thorofare Capital. Since joining Thorofare Capital in 2012, Felix has helped execute the firm’s national debt investment strategies, including Thorofare Capital’s series of private debt funds and its origination and servicing strategic partnership with an institutional investor. Having sourced, structured and capitalized more than $2 billion of Whole Loans, B Notes and Joint Venture transactions, Mr. Gutnikov is principally responsible for leading a team of investment professionals, portfolio monitoring and managing strategic client, capital and counter-party relationships.
