Biography
Rick Grove serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at ArrowMark Partners, a role he has held since joining the firm in 2008. He is also a Principal at the company. With a career in financial markets spanning over three decades, Mr. Grove brings extensive expertise in compliance and operations. Prior to ArrowMark, he was Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Black Creek Global Advisors and Madison Capital Management. He also held positions as Assistant Vice President and Director of Compliance at Janus Capital Group and began his career as a Fund Accountant for Oppenheimer Funds. Rick Grove earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming.
