Craig Greenwood
Biography
As Principal and Co-Founder of Prado Group, Craig is responsible for acquisitions strategy and implementation. Under his leadership, Prado has acquired over 80 investment properties with a combined transaction volume in excess of $900 million. Craig has 24 years of experience in the real estate industry with a specific focus on acquisitions, dispositions, repositioning, and asset and property management of multifamily, mixed-use and retail properties. Craig is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management, California Apartment Association, and the San Francisco Apartment Association.
