Stephen Good
Biography
Stephen Good is a Partner and National Director of Acquisitions at TerraCap Management. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, deal structuring, financing, and closing commercial acquisitions. With extensive expertise in real estate development, asset management, and acquisition/disposition, Stephen has overseen well over ten million square feet of various asset types throughout his career. Since joining TerraCap in 2012, he has contributed to over $500 million in transactional volume and secured over $180 million in debt origination. He previously served as Senior Vice President with NAI Hallmark.
