Mike Gion

Mike Gion is Director, SAA, leading real estate services for the Los Angeles-based architectural firm SAA through a strategic alliance with Brookwood Group, where he is also a shareholder and consultant. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Region Manager for Brookwood's Southwestern Operations until early 2020. Gion brings extensive corporate real estate expertise, having merged his Mobius CRE consulting practice into Brookwood in 2010. His career highlights include leading Intuit's LEED Gold-certified corporate campus development and managing a 1.5 million sq ft campus for Sun Microsystems. Mike is recognized for his leadership in optimizing real estate to create strategic and sustainable assets, enhancing client profitability.
