Matthew Gilbert is the Founder & Principal of Green Door Capital, a private equity sponsor he established in 2011. The firm specializes in acquiring value-add industrial, retail, and office opportunities, having successfully acquired over 5.2 million square feet of real estate assets with a total capital stack exceeding $500 million. Prior to founding Green Door Capital, Mr. Gilbert was an Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he led the middle market mergers and acquisitions advisory business, and a former partner at The Staubach Company.
