Melanie Gersper serves as Chief Operating Officer at Asia Capital Real Estate (ACRE), where she is responsible for overseeing property management, asset management, and plays a significant role in acquisitions and dispositions. She brings over 25 years of experience managing large residential real estate portfolios, encompassing both stabilized assets and new developments. Her extensive background includes senior leadership roles at CFLane, Bell Partners, and Cortland Partners. Ms. Gersper earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
