Jon Foulger

Jon Foulger is Director - Acquisitions at MedProperties Realty Advisors, LLC, where he specializes in deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and joint venture structuring within the healthcare real estate sector. With over 25 years of real estate experience, much of which is in healthcare development and acquisitions, Foulger contributes significant industry expertise. He is a member of MedProperties' Investment Committee. Prior to joining MedProperties, Foulger held senior positions at Astoria Property Company and Cottonwood Partners, and founded Ameritex Investments, LLC. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
