Matt Follett is the Founder and CEO of FollettUSA, a national real estate company specializing in acquiring, developing, and operating manufactured housing communities to provide affordable housing. With over 30 years of experience in real estate development and acquisition, Mr. Follett previously founded Inspire Communities, LLC, a major owner-operator of manufactured housing communities acquired by Apollo Global Management. He also serves as Founder and Chair of the Board of Storage Star, Inc. Mr. Follett earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah and has built FollettUSA into a family-owned firm focused on quality and integrity across its residential and commercial real estate portfolio.
