Biography

Tony Fineman is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Originations at ACORE Capital, where he is responsible for overseeing the originations platform, including the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing of commercial real estate financing opportunities. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, he has successfully closed more than $25 billion in loans across diverse property types. Before joining ACORE Capital, Mr. Fineman held senior roles at firms such as Brickman, Hillcrest Finance, Wachovia Bank, and Nomura Securities, and also served as a commercial real estate attorney. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a J.D. from the University of Florida.

Specializing in debt and preferred equity, ACORE offers customized financing for transitional real estate. By mid-2025, it manages $18.35 billion in assets and has originated $41 billion in loans.
