Christopher Gladstone

Christopher Gladstone is the President of Quadrangle Development Corporation, a prominent commercial and multi-family real estate development and management firm in the Washington D.C. metropolitan region. In this role, he oversees the company's overall strategic direction and daily operations, including new development projects, acquisitions, capitalization, leasing, and asset management for its extensive portfolio. A graduate of Princeton University, Gladstone actively engages in strategic planning and significant real estate ventures, such as recent large-scale office acquisitions. He is also a respected member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the D.C. Policy Center Board of Directors.
