Jeff Feinstein

Jeff Feinstein is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Pinnacle Partners LLC, where he leads investor relations, operations, and strategic growth. Pinnacle Partners is an SEC-registered investment adviser focused on tax-advantaged private real estate investment opportunities, including Qualified Opportunity Zones and workforce housing, having capitalized over $1 billion in multifamily development projects. Feinstein was an early leader in Opportunity Zone investing, seizing upon the legislation in 2017. His prior experience includes advising Schuster Realty Partners on fundraising and investor relations, and holding senior operational roles in technology companies, as well as providing strategic consulting to startups. He remains an active investor in real estate and early-stage ventures.
