Conor Feeney
Biography
Conor Feeney is a Principal and Head of Acquisitions, located in the Dallas office. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing acquisitions in all of High Street’s target markets and sourcing acquisition opportunities in Texas. Mr. Feeney had previously worked at High Street from 2011 through 2014 as a Director of Acquisitions. Prior to rejoining High Street, he worked at Prologis for three years focusing on development and acquisitions in Texas and Tennessee. In total, Mr. Feeney has acquired or developed $600 million (9.65 million square feet) of industrial assets. He also spent five years in brokerage on CBRE Dallas industrial investment sales team. He holds a BBA and MPA from the University of Texas and an MBA from Wharton.
