Larry Evinger
Biography
Larry Evinger serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Hendricks Commercial Properties, where he is responsible for overseeing leasing and real estate investments, including the Grey Collar Ventures investment platform. Previously, Evinger held key leadership roles within Hendricks, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice-President, managing operational procedures and leading transactions exceeding $500 million. His extensive professional background also includes significant positions at Lauth Property Group, Kohl's Department Stores, and Wal-Mart, specializing in retail development and real estate expansion. He earned a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and an MBA in Finance from the Stuart School of Business.
