Dean Engle

Dean Engle is the Managing Director at Park Tree Investments, an investment firm he founded in 2007. Based in San Francisco, Park Tree specializes in residential mortgages nationwide and multifamily assets in California's Bay Area, with a focus on non-performing residential mortgage debt. Prior to establishing Park Tree, Mr. Engle served as a Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank. He holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MA in International Finance from Johns Hopkins, and was a Fulbright Scholar, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and international studies.
