Daniel Efune

Daniel Efune is the Co-Founder and CEO of NextGen Apartments, a US-based company specializing in innovative and dependable apartment development in the Southwest region. He graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business. Prior to co-founding NextGen, Daniel gained extensive real estate experience at Meritage Homes Corporation, where he underwrote over $500 million worth of land and led the National Market Research Group for Texas and Arizona. A licensed real estate agent, he is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Daniel further demonstrates his entrepreneurial spirit as the co-founder of Zark Parking Solutions, a mobile app for parking management.
