Daniel Ederer
Biography
Daniel is a partner at GEM Real Estate Partners LLC. He is also the president of Ederer Investment Company, a family management entity for operating business and real estate investments. He is experienced as a principal in the acquisition, development and management of real estate.
Dan received a BA in Economics, Certificate in Commercial Real Estate, and MBA (Foster School of Business) from the University of Washington. He is a licensed real-estate broker in the State of Washington. He is an active member and chapter chair of Young Presidents Organization. He serves on the board of trustees of Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation and the Seattle Police Foundation.
