Eric Distenfeld

Eric Distenfeld is a Director - Investments at Treetop Development. With over 15 years of experience in equities and alternative/private investments, he is responsible for establishing and maintaining equity investor partnerships for New York Metro multifamily and national HUD investments, and managing investor relations for industrial, multifamily, and Opportunity Zone strategies. Prior to Treetop, Distenfeld held Portfolio Manager roles at Triple Five Group, Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, and Chestnut Ridge Capital. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Yeshiva University.
