Richard Delgado

Rich is a highly accomplished leader with a record of achievement in the structured finance and mortgage industries over the past 25+ years. Prior to joining DLP Capital Partners, he was accountable for the acquisition, sale, financing and securitization of assets, as well as raising and managing corporate debt and equity in IPOs and follow-on offerings for several publicly traded companies. Rich is passionate about building relationships and closing deals, particularly with complex transactions. Rich earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Iona College.
