Chris DeAngelis

Chris DeAngelis is the Founder & President of TriArch Real Estate Group, a multi-strategy real estate investment and management firm specializing in acquiring, developing, and rehabilitating properties across New York City. He leads all asset and property management, acquisitions, and financing for TriArch's portfolio of multi-family and mixed-use properties in Manhattan and Queens. Previously, he spent five years at Forest City Ratner Companies, where he contributed to the development of 8 Spruce Street, an $800 million luxury rental project, and managed a commercial and residential property portfolio exceeding $1 billion. DeAngelis graduated from Boston College.
