Myles Cunningham

Myles Cunningham serves as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner at Audubon Communities, where he oversees the firm's investment and capital market activities, including acquisitions, debt and equity structuring, and identifying new investment opportunities. He also sits on the investment committee and chairs the strategic planning committee. With over 15 years in the multifamily industry, his expertise encompasses acquisitions, financial analysis, and investment strategies. Before joining Audubon in 2016, he held roles as Director of Acquisitions at PEM Real Estate Group and Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Cortland Partners, where he acquired numerous real estate assets. Cunningham holds a BSBA in Entrepreneurship from Auburn University.
