Biography
Tyler Cooper is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of The Beach Company, a role he assumed in February 2019. Joining in 2017, he brings over 15 years of finance experience. His expertise covers financial analysis, asset management, and securing project funding. Prior, Cooper was CFO for Johnson Development Associates for five years, overseeing substantial growth. He holds a Bachelor's from College of Charleston and a Master's in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
