Dan Cooper
Biography
Dan established 90 North’s North America operations in Chicago and has built the team that is responsible for rapid growth in AUM in the United States. Applying his wide set of skills, Dan continues to drive the US business forward all the way from sourcing through to sales. As a senior real estate professional, Dan has more than 30 years of experience across acquisitions, fund management, asset management and property management. Dan and Philip worked together on the management of the HSBC Amanah Global Properties Income Fund and prior to that Dan was a Portfolio Manager for Principal’s $1.1BN US Trophy Office Fund. Dan holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Westmont College in Montecito, California.
