Cindy Clare
Biography
Cindy Clare is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bell Partners, having joined the company in December 2017. With over 40 years of real estate experience, including more than 35 years in residential property management, she oversees operations for approximately 85,000 apartment homes across the U.S., encompassing community management, customer experience, and client services. Previously, Clare served as President of Kettler Management for 12 years. A highly regarded industry leader, she was Chairman of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and inducted into the NAA Hall of Fame in 2022. Clare was also recognized as a 2024 CREW Network Distinguished Leader. Her expertise spans luxury communities and third-party management.
