Cecelia Chen

Cecelia Chen is an Investment Officer Institutional Alterna at the Seattle City Employees' Retirement System. She previously served as a Senior Investment Officer, where she was responsible for the real estate, infrastructure, and private equity portfolios. With a background in commodities trading, Ms. Chen contributes extensive experience in investment management. She earned her BA in economics from Yale University and is a CAIA charterholder.
