Al Cabraloff

Al Cabraloff serves as President, Managing Partner, and Co-Founder of Spectrum Properties. He is instrumental in the acquisition, development, and management of the company's real estate assets. Before co-founding Spectrum, Cabraloff accrued 24 years of executive experience in the Information Technology industry, with companies such as Microsoft Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. He transitioned to focus full-time on real estate in 2006, leveraging his significant investment experience. Cabraloff is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing from the University of Southern California. Under his leadership, Spectrum Properties manages a portfolio with a gross value exceeding $150 million.
