Eric Bylin

Eric Bylin is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, bringing over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He has significantly contributed to over $7 billion in real estate transactions, including investment sales, financings, acquisitions, and advisory assignments across various property types such as retail, office, multifamily, and senior living. Mr. Bylin also serves on the Investment Committee for multiple funds co-sponsored by ACREP affiliates. Prior to co-founding Atlantic Creek, he was a Managing Director and Partner at DTZ Rockwood. He holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.
