Biography
Vamsi Bonthala is co-founder of Arbor Lodging, a vertically integrated, international hotel investment and management firm founded in 2006. At Arbor Lodging, Vamsi serves as Chief Executive Officer of Arbor Lodging Partners, Arbor Lodging's award-winning hotel investment arm, where he leads acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and investor relations. Over the two decades since founding Arbor Lodging, Vamsi has overseen nearly $2 billion of transaction volume and grown Arbor Lodging into multiple lines of business. Prior to founding Arbor Lodging, he practiced law in the Private Equity group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and the Real Estate group of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.
