Christopher Bellapianta

Christopher Bellapianta is the Co-Founder & Managing Principal of Camber Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment management company specializing in value-add infill light-industrial properties across select East Coast markets. He oversees the firm's operations, focusing on sourcing, structuring, and capitalizing diverse investments, including special situation debt and equity opportunities. Before co-founding Camber, Mr. Bellapianta served as Managing Director and Principal at Advance Realty, leading acquisition and finance activities, and as Director of Acquisitions at Madison Capital. His extensive career includes involvement in over $3.5 billion of commercial real estate investments. He earned his B.A. from Hobart College and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
