Biography
Tony Azar is the CEO of MACC Venture Partners, a private equity real estate firm specializing in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of real estate holdings and projects. His comprehensive oversight spans the entire property lifecycle, from identification and analysis to acquisition, management, marketing, and syndication. Starting his real estate career in 2003, Azar also founded Capstone MultiFamily Group in 2009, a family-operated property management firm that manages over 4,000 units across the Southeastern United States. He holds a background in Electrical Engineering, Analysis & Design from North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina in Charlotte.
