Steve Ankenbrandt
Biography
Steve is a Co-Founder and Partner of LIV Apartment Partners and is responsible for overseeing asset management, capital sourcing and investor relations. Prior to co-founding LIV Apartment Partners, Steve was a co-founder, principal and President of Rock Apartment Advisors where he oversaw all aspects of the company. Under Steve’s leadership, Rock became the dominate apartment brokerage firm in the Southeastern US with over 175 completed transactions representing over $1.5 Billion in asset value. Prior to founding Rock, Steve spent eight years as commercial real estate appraiser and several years at SouthTrust Bank as a commercial lender.
