Russ Allegrette

Russ Allegrette is a Principal and Co-Founder of Ocean West Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment and operating company. Since its founding in 2009, Ocean West has completed $7.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions, managing a portfolio of diverse properties including office, industrial, multifamily, and student housing. Mr. Allegrette's expertise spans property ownership, asset management, and capital markets. Prior to Ocean West, he served as President of Maguire Investments and as a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, where he was responsible for significant debt placement and loan sales. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
