Real estate investment professional with two decades of proven success. Pivotal in launching 12,000 homes sold in excess of $7 billion across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Led highly profitable (direct / indirect / co-investment) transactions in key Global markets including the UK, Europe, US, India, China, Singapore, and North Africa, spanning the residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and logistics sectors. Passionate about real estate and strategy, with extensive experience in public and private investments. Dual CAIA and CFA Charterholder; Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Awarded a 60% scholarship to attend the Program for Management Development at IESE Business School. Holds an undergraduate degree from the Singapore Institute of Management in association with the London School of Economics (LSE).
