Richard Whitby

Richard is CFO at FirethornTrust and is responsible for finance and operations of the FirethornTrust portfolio including tax structuring, compliance, performance reporting and origination of third-party debt. Richard has 12 years' experience in real estate audit, finance and operations supporting the acquisition and disposal of over £4bn of real estate over the last six years. Richard previously managed and ran the finance and operations for three pan-European real estate funds with combined equity commitments of £2.7bn in his previous role at Tristan Capital Partners. Prior to this, Richard worked at Hermes REIM, PKF and Ernst and Young.
