Franklin Adams

Franklin Adams is the Founder and President of Adams Property Group, a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-tenant retail shopping centers and self-storage facilities across the Southeastern United States. He established the company in 2008, growing it into a firm managing over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of real estate across five states. Mr. Adams oversees all aspects from leasing and marketing to property development, with a primary focus on investor development, relations, and asset acquisitions. His real estate career began around 2001, transitioning to full-time investment and development by 2004 after selling a previous dealership. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
