William Laxton
Biography
William is a Real Estate Private Equity investor with a mixture of Executive and Non-Executive roles across real estate and hospitality in the UK and US. He is MD of the Western Heritable Family Office, CEO of Mactaggart Family & Partners (“MF&P”) in the UK and a Director of Resident Hotels and Sleeperz Hotels. MF&P’s activity is concentrated on asset backed operating businesses (including hotels, self-storage and distilling) and the office sector. The current focus in the US is on residential investment and development in New York and Florida. William has a BA (Hons), MSc, is an MRICS, holds the IMC and sits on the Property Sub Committee and Charities and Education Committee of the Worshipful Company of Grocers.
