By background, Nihaal is a senior private equity & debt finance lawyer and has been involved in the management of the family real estate portfolio comprising residential, commercial, student housing, hotels and cinemas. He was responsible for expanding the portfolio into London and founded Nihaven Capital in 2018 to invest in London real estate together with a global investor base of high net worth individuals and single & multi-family offices.
