Rupert Kay
Biography
Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for originating investment opportunities and managing both equity and debt capital partnerships; he joined Citivale in 2014. He began his career in 2006 within the Real Estate Investment Banking team at Eurohypo AG. Thereafter, he moved to Citi Property Investors in 2007 as an Acquisitions Associate; this business was bought out by Apollo Global Management in 2010 where he subsequently worked as an Investment Professional. Prior to joining Citivale, Rupert founded a boutique real estate investment advisory business, Beechthorpe Capital in 2012, working with private and institutional investors across Europe.
