Nicolás Santacruz
Biography
Nicolás is Director, Acquisitions at Gava Capital since 2017, and Associate Partner since 2023. Gava is a Private Equity firm specializing in real estate investments. During his tenure, Mr. Santacruz has been responsible for negotiating, structuring, and investing over US $150MM usd in Equity across 20+ real estate projects, contributing to roughly 50% of Gava's cumulative $900MM usd of AUM. He has also established 9 new joint ventures with development partners, and 15 joint ventures in total, further expanding Gava Capital's portfolio and strategic partnerships. Nicolás holds a Certificate in Leadership Excellence (CLE) from Harvard, a Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Development from the MIT Center for Real Estate, and an Industrial Engineering degree from TEC de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico.
