Jiaqi Li
Biography
Jiaqi specializes in distressed asset investment, US dollar alternative investment fund raising and construction, cross-border investment and financing supervision, investment management and tax planning. He has more than 14 years of experience in real estate and distressed asset restructuring, debt restructuring of distressed enterprises, bankruptcy restructuring projects, QFLP/QDIE and other related cross-border fields. Since 2017, Jiaqi has led and accomplished the vast majority of cross-border investment in China’s equity and credit business initiated by US dollar investment fund including, Oaktree Capital, Lonestar Fund and Carval Investors. Prior to Joining Borrelli Walsh (now Kroll), Jiaqi was with China Ping AN Insurance Group.
