Rune Højby Kock

Rune Højby Kock is the CEO and Partner at NREP, a leading real estate innovator that is part of Urban Partners. Joining NREP in 2012, he assumed the role of CEO in 2022, overseeing the firm's investment strategies across the Nordics and serving on the Investment Committee. He is also the Fund Manager for NREP's residential-focused funds. Previously, Rune served as Head of Investments at ATP Real Estate and spent nine years at Catella Corporate Finance, where he executed over €1.8 billion in transactions. Kock holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and an MRICS certification. Under his leadership, NREP focuses on creating sustainable real estate solutions, evident in projects like the UN17 Village, and recently raised a record-breaking €3.65 billion for its Nordic Strategies Fund.
