Biography
Brad Caco is a Managing Director and the Head of Canadian Development at BentallGreenOak (BGO), where he oversees the firm's C$8 billion real estate development pipeline across all asset classes in Canada. He joined Bentall Kennedy, a predecessor to BGO, in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Development. Prior to his current role, he served as Managing Director of Development for Eastern Canada, playing a key role in growing the company's development pipeline with 19 projects valued at over C$4.8 billion. His leadership is instrumental in delivering impactful and sustainable projects.
