Lindsay Brand
Biography
Lindsay Brand served as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Dream Unlimited Corporation, where she demonstrated extensive expertise in real estate investment and development. During her tenure, she was instrumental in leading over $2 billion in acquisitions and structuring more than $3 billion in development partnerships. Brand held increasingly senior roles during her decade with the Dream group of companies, contributing to the strategic growth of five public entities. Her background also includes financing development deals at a major Canadian financial institution. Lindsay Brand holds a Bachelor of Arts and Honours Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
