Bianca Solomons
Biography
Bianca Solomons is the Head of Institutional Capital and Debt at Alceon Group, an Australian multi-strategy alternatives investment manager. In this pivotal role, she oversees institutional capital and debt initiatives. Prior to joining Alceon in February 2019, Ms. Solomons garnered significant experience as a Director at ANZ Bank for eight years, where she was instrumental in arranging, underwriting, and syndicating structured loan solutions across project finance, leveraged finance, corporate, and real estate sectors. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is also an active member of the Capital Markets Committee for the Property Council of Australia and Women in Investments, underscoring her commitment to the industry.
