Biography
Rituraj Verma brings 32 years of global experience across many classes of Real Estate including Residential, Commercial, Land, and Warehousing. He is currently a partner in the AIF2 fund – Nisus Finance Services Co Pvt. Ltd. where he is focused on last mile funding for residential projects in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad. In addition, he. heads the transaction advisory vertical which deals with finding solutions for real estate owners across a broad range of options including structured debt, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, development management, etc. Rituraj holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (EC London) and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, New Orleans.
