Mariana Robina
Biography
Mariana Robina is the SVP Finance & Investments at Eagle Property Capital, having joined as the firm's first employee in 2013. She quickly advanced from Associate to her current leadership role, proving pivotal in the company's expansion. Robina oversees acquisitions, debt financing, portfolio management, and investor relations. Her significant achievements include leading over $1.2 billion in multifamily property acquisitions and originating more than $800 million in mortgage financing. She also co-founded EPC's property management firm, Vidalta, and secured crucial institutional and UHNW equity commitments. Robina holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from Babson College. She was recognized as a 2022 Rising Star by Multifamily Executive.
