Incubating Zenia Living, a platform to deliver institutional scale and quality co-living serviced rental accommodation for Young Singles in India - Students and Working Professionals. Launching 1st property of 650 beds over 140,000 sqf in Delhi NCR early 2023. Plan a network of similar scale properties in Delhi NCR, and in time beyond. 30 years experience in Hospitality and mixed use development, Corporate Finance and Management Consulting based in London and Delhi in leadership positions with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, HSBC Investment Bank and Gemini Consulting

Incubating a platform to provide institutional quality serviced rental housing for young singles in India - students, entry-level professionals, and Corporates/executives. Launching 1st property in Delhi NCR early 2023. With accommodation for 650 residents spread over 140,000 sqf in a G+13 building within a new mixed use development with 600,000 sqf Office space within an adjoining building within the Complex. Plan to add additional properties of similar scale within Delhi NCR initially.
